Description: A graduate student in the Public Administration Program at the California State University Long Beach, Mohideen Faisal Buharie is a high achiever committed to continuous improvement. Currently, he serves as an Engineer for a local government in Southern California. His contributions to public service earned him the opportunity to graduate from the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) of the International City- County Management Association (ICMA) and to be recognized as a 2021 CCMF A scholar by the California City Management Foundation (CCMF). He is a member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Interfaith Advisory Panel, an AMCLI Fellow, and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). He also holds a pilot's license. Faisal is married and has two daughters who are in middle and high school. He looks forward to becoming a City Manager someday.
