Her focus is on Marriage and Family Intervention in the Human Services program.Suzy currently teaches as a Visiting Professor in the Communication Department of DeVry University and also teaches full time in the high school of an accredited Islamic school where she has served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for several years.Suzy is the founder and head communication counselor at Cornerstone, a faith-based relational counseling center for youth, couples, families and individuals. Previously, she served as the head instructor and curriculum developer for the Center for Muslim Life, a marriage facilitation initiative. Suzy serves as a director on numerous non-profit boards and is featured frequently in magazines and news stories on the topic of Islam and families. She currently resides in Princeton, NJ with her husband and three children.
