Description: Aya Mansour is a graduate student at Rutgers University's Master of Communication & Media Program. She recently graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Communication and minor in Arabic. Prior to transferring to Rutgers, she received her high school diploma at age 16 followed by her Associates Degree in Communication. Aya has also taken two semesters off in her academic journey to study Arabic and Islamic Studies in Istanbul, Turkey through the Al-Madina Institute's Suhba Fellowship program. She is heavily involved in Rutgers, serving as a Teaching Assistant for the School of Communication and a Graduate Assistant at Douglass Residential College. She gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator for Cornerstone Marriage & Family Intervention, a 501c3 Nonprofit communication organization. Aya currently works as ISF's Media Fellowship Coordinator and plans to apply to PhD programs this coming Fall.
